Astrology Update 4/9/23

Merry meet!

This is an Astro update for the weekend of April 9, 2023.

We’ve had a lot of activity in the sign of Aries, and this energy is one of pioneering, initiation, and ignition energy is very strong. We had six planets in Aries at one time not too long ago, so we are being pushed forward to begin new cycle.

With Jupiter, the sun and Eris so close together this can bring a over inflation of some things. The one thing we have to remember about dwarf planets is that they bring the teachings from our ancestors, so there’s a message that we need to listen to that is coming from ancient voices of the past. The dwarf planet Eris has a 560 year orbit. Iris is known as a warrior goddess, the sister of Ares. She is also associated with discord and chaos, she represents an compromising judgment when it comes to natural law. Iris demands that every voice be heard, no exclusions on that. This can be very much linked to legal issues that’s going on, and she is very connected to the truth, principles, and integrity. Iris can also represent rebellious, and revolutionary energy.

A couple days ago on the seventh Venus had a sextile with Uranus after meeting up with him on the 30th of March . Venus was with Uranus in the sign of Taurus, which is Venus is home planet. Here she is strong, comfortable and really enjoying herself. When she has her conjunction with Uranus, this is going to bring her an awakening of sorts. This could bring on the energy of sudden relationships, like a new relationship beginning to developed, or it could be a time where financial things are a little volatile. Uranus always brings some thing a nerving to shock us, so there could be a lot of things coming up that could shock you and maybe hold you back a little bit but remember we have to keep moving here. Venus also rules the sign of libra, and we just had our libra full moon, which is about balance, and is connected to legalities. Libra urges us to find peace, to be here now, and stay grounded. Now, this time may seem like a time of uncertainty, so remember earth energy. Is your friend go out and ground and be with nature. Walk, barefoot on the ground, lay on the ground, if you need to, or go for a walk in the woods But go be with nature. With Uranus is influence, we are urge to do better, and to be better humans.

Full moons are about closure and culmination. They are also about the subconscious, and they can illuminate the shadows, that which has been hidden from us, or that we didn’t want to see. Chiron has been very influential in our astrology lately and that is about healing. So that Libra full moon brought some balancing energy after this wave of change that Uranus brought to us all. 

On 3 April, mercury moved into the sign of Aries, which can bring us hot headedness. Mars being in the sign of cancer is also stirring up emotions. He’s also having a Tron with Saturn that’s and Pisces that is adding some mature energy. He’s urging this energy to have understanding during this time and not just to go off and act from our emotions. Mars in cancer is like a rolling kettle of water, so there is a lot of energy there and it needs to be released. With Saturn in Pisces and the Neptunian energetic influence. We could feel defeated, but that is not the case. We are in the mist of change, mercury square, with Pluto at the beginning of the month added to that revolutionary energy, that rebellious energy that just says no we’re not going to take it anymore.

Pluto is another planet that has really been making his presence known in astrology. Pluto entered Capricorn back in 2008, and that is when we had our financial crisis. So with him moving into Aquarius, even for a brief time, he will bring in the energy of a society world crisis. No something really important. I want us to remember here is that Aquarius is also a sign of truth, but here we are having to use our third eye, or into Wishon to get the truth. Meaning that which has been hidden from us;  from society and universally. From our human roots to those things that happened behind the closed door of science. In Capricorn, he was dredging up all of the dirt from the top down structures, those authority type places that have taken too much power. 

Aquarius is about the society, it is about the people, but it also represents science and even environmental science. 

With combining this energy, we can see how this is unfolding not only on a social level, but as well as a cosmic level. Venus’s influence is important especially when she is in Taurus cause she is bringing that love and compassionate energy. Venus is also about self-respect, and the ability to love not only our self, but others - all of this together, allows one to fully come in to their truth. As the globalist, one government grows and wants to unite all countries under one corporation, especially within the media, we need to look at what is happening worldwide not just what is going on in our little area. we need to ask ourselves is the standard of living, approving or not? The general standard has been declining, except for the elite… And the elite is the shadow side of Aquarius. We have to remember that we will only be able to rise together.

Our Libra, full moon that we had on the sixth was very important, and as we can see the transformation of the seeker becoming the warrior. Venus is a lover of fairness, and while we are under the libra influence that wants to level the playing field, which can bring radical changes, but also techniques to get us to the next step. Aries represents the self. This is the ego. This is the I am the one that pushes forward as well as helping us draw those boundaries to protect ourselves. Libra and Aries to me represent a good example of polarity. While we can expand our consciousness to the fourth affix, sixth dimension, we have to remember that we are in a 3-D world, we are steel individual… This is the two opposites coexisting. Charon, an Aries is very important, because Chiron is the bridge between the upper and the lower, it is the bridge between the lower animalistic, part of us, and the higher human consciousness, part of us. Venus is influencing us to bring new values to our relationships, and the greater whole of the world… Society. 

The sun will meet up with Jupiter in Aries on the 11th and this is going to be some really powerful energy. Jupiter is about expansion. It’s about the grandiose, it is big… Many times bigger than it needs to be. Jupiter is connected to expanding empires, and he is linked to the political entity, at that time Rome. He is called the sky, father, he is represented by an eagle which means war, and he was called upon to secure victories over arrivals, command, storms, and he oversaw wars, or he controlled them. He held the fate of the Roman empire imbalance. The grand temple to Jupiter is Optimus Maximus on the capital on Hill which is now destroyed. This housed the Jupiter stone, Juppiter Lapis which was the place where people took their oafs, their sacred vows. Now he is mostly known for joy and happiness, as well as abundance, but there’s many layers to Jupiter, that we must fully look at to appreciate his energetic influence. So you see, there’s a lot of influence in having oath breakers face justice. Have you held up to your oaths?

The sun represents the core of who we are, and just basically describes our basic nature; as well as strengths, attitude, and understanding of things. It outlines, what motivates you, such as your passions. While in Aries, the sun is very strong. It is here he is exalted meaning he is at full force. This means he will be expressing the best quality of Aries, and all of the good that it offers. The sun represents our life, force, energy, and in Aries. It is self directed meaning we are driven by our own desires. So, as we know, Jupiter can make things bigger than they need to be we must be conscious of this as well. Remember that libra full moon reminded us of others; ares, represents the self, independence, and autonomy, while libra represents balance, justice, dependence, and companionship, as well as relationships. So here we have the balance of the self with others, we are balancing our needs with the needs of others. So full moons are like a reveal they show us what’s hidden. 

On the 11th Venus will move into the sign of Gemini at 1247am eastern, we are bringing our heart and mind together. Venus is the way we express love. This combination will influences communication and relationships; how we communicate and connecting mentally and affectionately. This energy is fun, social, flirty, and is in the mood for some intellectual conversation. Venus in Gemini is the social butterfly, ot like a bee wanting to taste all the goodness around it. She graduated from being grounded in Taurus to flying in Gemini. So this will influence us  to communicate what you want, get out and network, and to go after what you desire in life. Venus will be in Gemini from April 11 to May 7, 2023. When she moves into the sign of Gemini, she forms a tribe with Pluto on the 11th. This is normally a lucky energy but this energy will shake things up in our relationships and money. This aspect could bring shocking revelations and dramatic changes that could really shake things up in love and money (your material possessions), bringing revelations that may, at first,  feel like too much to process but remember that although this maybe be disruptive and chaotic breakthroughs they will reveal the truth of your relationships and financial situations.
